Payments and additional fees
Payment options: bank transfer (to the account ES64 0049 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, SWIFT: BSCHESMMXXX) or Bizum
For the security reasons and to protect the payments, the full bank accounts details will be shared with our guests by email after making a reservation
Payment dates:
- 20% at the day of making reservation/signing the contract
- 30% until 76 days before the check-in
- 50% until 61 days before the check-in
City tax: not applicable
The cleaning fee : 70 euros (one-time final cleaning fee is included in the price)
Transport: we can recommend a reliable and well-established small family transport company. We can initiate the process, however, further details, communication, and payments should be arranged directly with the company. Prices and more information can be found here.

If you have made a reservation through a third-party booking platform instead of our webpage, you can receive a price that is 10% lower than the rate shown on those platforms by following these steps:

We will prepare a contract reflecting the discounted price for your approval.
Complete your direct booking with us and enjoy the reduced rate.
